Responsibilities

  6. Client Engagement & Lead Generation


  7. Identify new business opportunities through market research, inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, and referrals.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their software needs.
  9. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and software demos.

  10. Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management


  11. Develop and execute outreach strategies for key target segments.
  12. Track leads, opportunities, and interactions using a CRM system.
  13. Assist with pricing, contract negotiation, and closing deals in collaboration with senior management.

  14. Collaboration & Communication


  15. Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with company capabilities.
  16. Serve as the main point of contact between client expectations and project delivery goals.
  17. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.

  18. Market Research & Reporting

  19. Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  20. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development activities, achievements, and targets.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field. (MBA is a plus.)
  2. 2+ years in B2B business development, with a preference for experience in the IT or software industry.
  3. Proven track record in lead generation, pitching, and managing client relationships.
  4. Strong understanding of software services like web apps, mobile apps, ERP systems, and SaaS platforms.
  5. Familiarity with tools such as CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
